Material Services Coordinator

Ensure that WIP, component parts, and stamped parts are delivered to welding department lines to avoid any downtime during regular production and changeovers.
Manage before, during and end of shift activities at work centers to identify opportunities for improvement of inventory accuracy Perform regular and periodic cycle counts of inventory locations and work centers to ensure inventory accuracy Perform in-depth investigations into root causes and provide solutions for inventory discrepancies Monitor FIFO (First in First Out) on all inventory parts to ensure appropriate inventory turnover and a limited amount of partial containers and materials are in inventory Engage in daily internal communication with various departments to ensure awareness of inventory and delivery issues, ensure inventory is available for production, provide support for quality sorts, and assist in the management of part outages o Supervise work of material handlers, component parts team and receiving team to include planning, assigning and scheduling work, reviewing work and ensuring quality standards, training and overseeing team productivity Ensure daily department 5S (work area organization) Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed at all times Daily management of associate time and attendance recording Other duties as required Manage time and attendance for weld material handlers, child parts and cycle counters Recommended Skills Quality Management Research Scheduling Welding Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
