2K a year Using SOP, set up bolster for the upcoming production run, fill out set-up check off sheet and load program.
Load destacker with blanks.
Set up baskets for upcoming runs.
Initiate production control sheet and labels for finished products.
Using quality SOP, check all critical points and documents.
Complete periodic, as scheduled, quality checks on progressive parts.
Place the finished product in holding locations using the FIFO system.
Maintain daily housekeeping of the work cell to ensure a clean work environment.
Maintain TPM schedule to ensure uptime of machinery.
Continuous improvement in quality, safety, productivity and delivery.
Other duties as required by management.
