00pm Monday-Friday Purpose of position:
Provides communication and coordination of shipping to our International partners.
This position maintains the administrative duties associated with International export and import routing of finished goods and spare parts.
In addition, this position will complete all receiving transactions and will aid in maintaining material inventory, Process all transactions in Z Boss CRM.
Manage inventory, and resolve transportation and compliance issues, compile monthly report in addition to additional duties assigned.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Key contact to our International partners Create pick list by CRM and infrequently assist in selecting parts Create export documents, packing list, and organize shipping Process orders for parts by picking, packing, and loading parts for shipment Perform monthly inventory, manage inventory, and maintain accurate inventory records.
oProcess freight and crating invoices for billing Process parts shipments for billing Process paper work for any HAZMAT shipments Allocate stock to the order properly and timely Prepare shipping packing lists, bills of ladings, and all required documentation for export shipments Expedite shipments to customers during unexpected stock-outs Maintain accurate communication through email and confirmed ship dates in CRM Communicate required deadlines to shipping and export team Maintain required documentation for export and audits in an organized system Analyze stock needs of International partners and advise Supervisor of any suggestions Perform Daily 5S responsibilities of assigned work area(s) Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required Follow all Safety requirements which includes:
Wearing PPE, following Safe Work Practices, adhere to Safety Policy and Rules Position Requirements (knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform satisfactorily in the position):
High School Diploma/GED Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficient in Excel Previous experience with UPS and FedEx systems 1-2 years International shipping experience Strong Excel and Microsoft Office Skills Ability to work well with multiple cultures Ability to manage time.

Position requires standing, walking and sitting 1/3 to 2/3 of time.
Position requires reaching, pulling and pushing 1/3 to 2/3 of time.
Position requires climbing and balancing 1/3 to 2/3 of time.
