Job Designation The Senior Commercial Manager supports the Director, Commercial in managing the customer facing contract and agreement processes for the Product Group (PG). Specifically this will include preparing contractual agreements and providing commercial related advice; drafting and reviewing contractual documentation and negotiating agreements in accordance with corporate policy and applicable legal requirements. The Senior Commercial Manager drives efficient commercial performance throughout the product and contract life cycle, including implementation of modifications and amendments as necessary; working closely with the Customer Account Management (CAM) team and other functions within the PG to ensure customer requirements are met. Job Core Responsibilities o Maintains responsibility and accountability for assigned customer commercial and contractual relationships. o Assesses contractual and commercial risk and provides appropriate advice to the Director,Commercial and the business leadership team. o Provides commercial and contractual support and input to the bid teams responses to RFI's or RFP's, including responsibility for management and compliance of the BAR process and obtaining all necessary internal approvals. o Ensures that dissemination of agreements and contract closedown/exit activities are completed within expected timelines. o Monitors and analyses the administration of contracts to ensure compliance with contract terms and company policies and reports on performance; supporting Programme Management and Customer Account Management functions. o Drafts, reviews and negotiates commercial documents such as NDA's and Terms and Conditions of Contract. o Ensures contract management system records (including Meggitt CRM) are maintained and accurate. o Drafts and negotiates contract amendments. o Assists / lead in contract closedown/exit activities. o Manages and reports on Meggitt's portfolio of Commercial Intermediaries and manages the associated policies, processes and tools. o Provides support, training and mentorship to other business functions. o Other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by Director, Commercial. Knowledge and experience of (SFDC) 16. Ability to manage own workload, and prioritizes tasks as required, 17. Proven negotiating skills, with the ability to achieve results without alienating the Customer (whether internal or external).
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
ProcurementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
