RESPONSIBILITIES The Customer Service Account Representative will serve as the liaison between customers and our internal sales and production teams.
The role includes providing product information to customers, processing orders and requests for new products, and maintaining records of customer transactions.
SAP experience preferred.
Knowledge of contractual regulations, negotiations.
The Customer Service Account Representative should have a working knowledge of Meggitt Airframe Systems products, programs and services; an ability to explain our products and services in simple terms to customers; an ability to deal with customers in a professional manner.
QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, sales or a related field.
These skills include working with the public at events and dealing with difficult or critical customer situations.
The person should be able to provide clear information in a timely manner; understand the consequences of poor decisions; and be able to handle customer situations involving arguments and disputes.
